2020 Third Quarter Update

MediaCast Team October 2020

A little update on what’s been happening with MediaCast in the last quarter:

We have moved in and settled into our office nicely. It’s super close to a GYG, and we are now on first name basis with all the staff there, and our loyalty points up nice and high! We have had lots of dog visits from our furry pals, and in between all the fun, the team has worked above and beyond delivering campaigns around the clock.

We were thrilled to have surpassed our 2019 results back in September, go team! Shall we pop the champagne? Or a celebratory burrito from GYG? We have also cut the word unprecedented out of our vocabulary, permanently – phew!

Seeing as we still can’t travel internationally *insert Kim Kardashian crying face*, we thought we would get some international clients on board. MediaCast had the pleasure of welcoming Belgium Cookware Company, The Cookware Co’s GreenPan, Business Management Software Firm Odoo, all the way from Singapore and Domestic and Commercial Services company, Fantastic Services Group from Europe. Landing back in Australia, the team also welcomed Ramsay Health Care’s North Queensland and Sans Drinks.

We have also welcomed back some familiar faces: The Snowdome Foundation, Gidget Foundation, Osteopathy Australia and 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan – We love you!

Alongside our family of clients, we have worked closely with other PR agencies nationally, assisting them with their campaigns, with our bespoke Radio Day. In the last quarter, MediaCast secured 1772 items of coverage, across 68.6 million people – blimey!

On the telly:

MediaCast secured multiple segments on both morning TV and TV news this quarter.

Arabella from The Gidget Foundation launched Manly Gidget House across Channel 7 News. Ramsay HealthCare announced the Orthopaedic Robot making waves in central Queensland across Channel 7, Nine News and Win News. The lovely Julie from Flora and Fauna discussed all things environmentally friendly in her North Rocks shop, showcasing all the easy and affordable ways to go plastic free.

In the paper:

MediaCast also secured various wins in the paper this quarter with our clients landing in print and digital publications across the country.

Helena from 1:1 Diet featured in the News Corp Mastheads to discuss her weight loss journey, Osteopathy Australia featured in Australian Community Newspaper discussing the impact working from home had on the body, Jodie from The Gidget Foundation featured in The Herald Sun and Daily Telegraph to discuss the importance of telehealth and Julie from Flora and Fauna had a feature piece in MamaMag!

So, as you can see it has been a splendid quarter in the MediaCast office. With lots of love and laughter we delivered some spectacular campaigns and we cannot wait to do it all over again to finish off the year of the Rona.

Until next time folks, adios.
