Fran has led award-winning campaigns across healthcare, lifestyle, technology, and finance, and under her leadership MediaCast has been recognised with multiple PRIA and PRCA accolades. She is passionate about purposeful storytelling and helping brands connect with audiences through creative, results-driven media strategies.

Tian contributes to Radio Day® activations, social content, and research assignments, helping deliver fast-turnaround broadcast campaigns and integrated client projects. She has worked on media engagement, influencer outreach, content creation, and events, particularly within the entertainment and lifestyle sectors.

  • June 2015

    MediaCast Launched

    MediaCast officially incorporated in June of 2015 and launched
    Radio Days and Media Days into the Australian market

    All services delivered through MediaCast's own
    BUZZHub platform and our own NewsWire platform.

  • 2016-2017

    Expansion of Services

    In order to capture more of the market, MediaCast expanded
    its service to become a full service agency, offering project
    and retainer based services whilst also incorporating
    other PR functions.

  • 2018-2021

    Growing and Evolving

    We grew the team and moved into a bigger offices.

    2019 PRIA Golden Target Winner - Small Budget Campaign
    2021 PRIA Golden Target Winner - Public Advocacy & Community Relations Campaign

    We launched the BUZZHub Client Portal to provide clients with real-time access
    to coverage data and interview scheduling.

    Leading by Example

    One of the first agencies in Australia to support families by introducing
    IVF fertility leave and paid pregnancy loss leave.

    2023 Clutch - Australia's Top PR Agency Winner

    MediaCast launched its cloud-based PR Software BUZZHub as a
    subscription offering to the market.
