Fran is the Managing Director of MediaCast. Since founding the agency in 2015 as Australia’s first specialist broadcast PR firm, she has grown it into a full-service consultancy delivering media relations, crisis communications, and integrated PR strategies. Originally focused on healthcare and not-for-profits, Fran has built MediaCast’s reputation for excellence through referrals and results, expanding the business into sectors including technology, consumer, FMCG, finance, and manufacturing. Fran oversees the overall business strategy, operations, and performance of MediaCast, ensuring it meets its business goals while guiding and leading the team. She works with global and Australian brands as well as not-for-profit organisations, leading the team to manage reputation, build visibility, and engage audiences. Under her leadership, MediaCast’s work has been recognised with multiple industry awards.

As Group Account Director, Amy provides strategic direction across MediaCast’s campaigns, ensuring creativity, precision, and measurable results. With extensive experience in PR and media strategy and crisis communication, she establishes performance frameworks and oversees rigorous measurement processes that keep campaign teams accountable to achieving exceptional outcomes. Amy is instrumental in upskilling and mentoring our PR professionals and sharing her expertise through industry masterclasses and hands on leadership to ensure the team evolves with confidence. Prior to joining MediaCast, Amy worked as a Senior Publicist at a leading personal representation agency in London, where she managed publicity campaigns for West End and regional theatre productions.

Through her work, Sophie drives strong advocacy messages to drive change and is adept at positioning brand voices as thought leaders in their respective industries, generating cut through and creating meaningful impact. Known for her steady hand and meticulous attention to detail, Sophie ensures campaigns are executed with precision while never losing sight of the bigger picture. She champions MediaCast’s pro bono initiative, ensuring important causes are given a powerful platform to be heard. With a Bachelor of Communications (Public Communication) from UTS, she has led digital engagement and communications at the Australian Medical Association (NSW), where she managed campaigns, content, and membership communications.

Vinh is a senior communications professional with 25+ years’ experience advising executives across Asia-Pacific. She specialises in corporate PR, crisis communications and media relations, and has guided C-suite leaders through reputational issues, M&A and large-scale transformation.

Leveraging her strong media connections and event expertise to create memorable campaigns for lifestyle brands. With five years’ experience in luxury lifestyle PR, Brianna has managed campaigns for prestigious international brands, curating media famils and immersive experiences across hotels, cruises, trains and safaris. Known for her creativity and strong client relationships, she crafts compelling narratives and designs experiential moments that elevate brand presence and drive measurable results.

Martin is a multimedia communications professional and draws on extensive experience spanning PR, publishing, media relations and digital marketing to bring clarity and focus to complex communications challenges. Previously Deputy Web Editor at Farmers Weekly (UK), he focused on SEO, social and video, developing content that engaged and informed audiences.

At MediaCast, Alice works across some of our key accounts in health, beauty, manufacturing, and technology, giving her broad experience with brands spanning diverse industries. Alice plays a key role in MediaCast’s white-labelled broadcast service, delivering campaigns on behalf of agencies working across blue-chip and household-name brands. She also mentors the team on broadcast best practice, sharing her expertise to strengthen campaign delivery across our specialist broadcast arm. Alice manages MediaCast’s social media channels, driving and executing the strategy and creating content that is both engaging and informative. With agency experience and a Public Relations degree from QUT, she contributes to both the development and execution of accounts, bringing creativity, strategic insight, and hands-on expertise to every project.

Tian provides supports on some of MediaCast’s key accounts team in in smart home technology, veteran and disability advocacy, and the manufacturing industry. She supports the team with research, planning, and execution, bringing fresh creativity, strong organisational skills, and attention to detail. She manages our Radio Day® offering and helps to deliver fast-turnaround broadcast campaigns for PR agencies and brands. Tian has also contributed to media engagement, influencer outreach, content creation, and events, with a particular focus on the entertainment and lifestyle sectors. A QUT graduate with a Bachelor of Communications (Advertising, PR & Entertainment), Tian has gained hands-on agency experience through internships at other Brisbane PR agencies, equipping her with practical skills and a collaborative approach to every campaign.

June 2015

MediaCast Launched

MediaCast officially incorporated and launched Radio Days and Media Days into the Australian market. All services delivered through our own proprietary platform and NewsWire.

2016–2017

Expansion of Services

MediaCast expanded to become a full-service agency, offering project and retainer-based services whilst incorporating broader PR functions.

2018–2021

Growing and Evolving

We grew the team and moved into bigger offices. 2019 PRIA Golden Target Winner — Small Budget Campaign. 2021 PRIA Golden Target Winner — Public Advocacy & Community Relations. Launched our Client Portal for real-time coverage data.

2022–2023

Leading by Example

One of the first agencies in Australia to introduce IVF fertility leave and paid pregnancy loss leave. 2023 Clutch — Australia's Top PR Agency Winner. Launched cloud-based PR Software.

A Decade and Beyond
